i know it'll probably sound like i'm making this up, but here's another amazing swedish band. this time it's the bell. instead of quieter vibe of loney, noir and blokes like that, the bell are closer kins to the mary onettes. it's all about the dizzy, swirling guitars that editors used on their debut and that joy division used all the time. after a twelve hour day, i'm kind of too tired to do a write up, so i'm going to leave it up to you to you to do your homework. you can start here. the bell's debut, 'make some quiet,' dropped last fall. you can pick it up at your usual outlets. and make sure you do!
